Q: What is your return policy?


A: We offer a within 7 days money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.



Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Q: How can I contact customer service?


A: You can contact customer service by email or by phone. We are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.


Q: I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation.


A: Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain eurocarparts.com to your safe senders list.


Q: Can you confirm you have received my return?


A: We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email


Q:How long will it be before I get a refund?


A: Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department has done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Our accounts department then processes your outstanding refund back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this, it may delay your refund.

Orders Shipped to US Customers:

Style by Nina will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow style by Nina 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Style by Nina will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
